Recipe 4 Success moved 58% of low-scoring parents upward

A randomized trial embedded the program in 12 weekly Early Head Start home visits for 242 families living in poverty. Among parents initially in the Lower Sensitive Scaffolding group, 58% reached Moderate, versus 15% receiving usual practice. Most families maintained gains through the nine months after visits ended.
